Aside from Wolcen, what other upcoming good ARPGS are coming to the pc, oh well, why not console?
Similar theme (diablo style), good itemization and story?
And hopefully not totally online xD

What’s Wolcen like, anyway? I’ve been thinking of getting it, but what I’ve heard is that it’s rather unfinished and buggy at the moment.
It’s an early access game, unpolished bugginess is to be expected.

My all time fav game is shining force 2, really old. Turn based rpg.
I love Shining Force EXA, one of my favortie aRPG on PS2, a shame they didn’t make another on PS4 !
I had really a lot of fun playing it !
Wolcen might become a really great aRPG and it allows modding !
It has random dynamically generated dungeons, affixed monsters, possibility to transfer stats/affixes from a gear to another…
Very high expectations on this game.
But for now it’s still in alpha state : really close camera view, slow frame rate, loot is still WIP, small open world.

For a price tag of $49.95, Necromancer isn’t going to offer anything new to the game, you’ll still be forced into the sets the devs make just to play one style of gameplay.

By buying in, you will be helping Blizzard keep the server plugged in so that the game can go on.
I wonder, once people stop buying/paying-for D3, will it disappear? Or will Blizzard eventually convert the game over to an offline experience once they decide there is no longer a steady income attached to it. Does it even matter, I am over the fact that I will likely not even care about D4. I just fear having to read online about all over again like with D3. I predict now the phrase, “I didn’t think it could get even worse” is going to be very popular in the tag cloud of the future blizzard forums.
Making D3 open source for modders is the only possible thing left they can do to save that bad game.

The world five year before even worse…nothing good at all… its have been long long drought…
Chronicon seems pretty good, also early access on Steam, but pretty content complete.
It has no skill cap, and skills can scale forever and the builds can get super crazy!
It has more simple pixel graphics though, but the game play and mechanics are pure stat heavy ARPG

The always online bullshit is why I never got into D3 after playing D2 for over a decade non-stop. I had five main accounts and seven mule accounts (two of which were full of .07 and .08 stuff). I was extremely excited about D3 but after the shit they pulled, I haven’t bought another game from them. I tried SC2, but I immediately uninstalled it (friend’s copy) and loaded up Brood Wars.
I’ve seen this one before, I’ll check it again once it’s been more polished.
