Maybe the problem is with me, but I can’t level up my houses manually, I couldn’t find a button for the interface.

I don’t think you can, you just have to meet all the requirements and then someone will eventually come along and build it. Once they start the upgrade process, you can click on it and prioritize it. also make sure the house icon in the top right corner has automatic upgrade turned on
There is a button to disable automatic leveling.
The icon in the middle of the house detail turns yellow but it is impossible to tell it to level up this house, to force it to reset the automatic leveling and suddenly it does all the houses at once.
Never tested if it works but in the settings there is a trigger for auto upgrading houses (it’s turned on by default) maybe if You switch it off you’ll be able to do it.
