Didn’t know where to post this, though I am certain I’ve seen an topic covering this recently (though I’m unable to find it).
Since B15, if I am holding down the attack button, my character stops attacking as soon as one enemy is down, even if I hover my mouse over another enemy. I haven’t noticed it with melee characters since I’m always clicking like a madman, but with a ranged one yes.
Am I the only one noticing that ? ‘.’

From the update log, i think they impliment the classic targetting back as default. But u can have the prev targeeting if u want. Access it in the option. :slight_smile:

The thing is the targeting system change in B14 B14 (I think)…And I didn’t run into that issue in B14 while playing with the new targeting system :confused:

Did you uncheck classic targeting in the options menu, or verify it is unchecked?

My suggestion is create a new thread in the bugs section, that way the devs are more likely to see it.

Because it seems like a bug to me, but they might have more info for us.

Edit: I went and played GD to test this out. I didn’t have any issues when I had the Classic Targeting unchecked. When I killed an enemy, I moved my cursor over the next one and started attacking. If I had Classic Targeting checked, then I would stop attacking once I killed the mob I was attacking.

So be sure to uncheck Classic Targeting, or, what else were you doing at the time, i.e. using a skill?

Indeed, the same thing happened to me ‘.’ Strange, everything seemed fine in B14. Oh well, I’ll see if anything changes with B16 or a next patch.

I’m confused. What I stated is what I expected to happen.

If you have Classic Targeting turned off, then you can attack mobs, kill them, point to a new mob, attack them, kill them, etc. Without issue.

If you have Classic Targeting turned on, then what you describes happens. Is this what is different? I thought that’s how Classic Targeting worked.

Admittedly I haven’t played Grim Dawn much, but I got a friend into it who doesn’t STFU about it.

He’s been saying that the Warden chest is ALWAYS there and he’s usually getting at least 1 blue out of it. I’m confused – isn’t this supposed to be a one-shot chest? He’s getting to it on the same character.

He also noted that if he clears out all the champions from the waypoint that the chest is usually there. If he runs through the mobs, straight-shot to Warden, the chest is not there.

Is this intended?

Jayaa, not intended. We have a fix in the works. Deleted your post to avoid spreading the 'sploit.

Dang, I killed the lvl 28 boss thingy and not only that he didn’t drop anything, but the chest dropped yellows only :frowning:

Also where are you supposed to ‘farm’ past 20? Lab runs only?

The skills-on-items are really, really good, buffed my soldier to hell.

DS, Hallowed Hill and warden are the best places.

Where’s Hallowed Hill? Also, I’ve found a closed door somewhere out in the wilderness. Is there a hidden key to it somewhere?

That closed door is to DS and there is a quest that can give you the key if you don’t kill the player you talk to in the quest. Hallowed Hill is in a hidden location you can find between the rift in burrwitch village and warden cellar. Search the forum for exact location.

Ooh, whoops! Thanks for deleting and I’ll pass the info to my friend. The “'sploit” stays between us.
