wanted to ask if anybody knows which recipes he has. I’ve made 7 runs and what i got was:

I got a lvl 90 relic once, bom 3/4 times, epic once too. It’s nice addition for people who don’t like crucible since I feel like that’s the best spot for farming blueprints.
I got from it almost all lower level items (non-mythical). I don’t know if it can give you mythical ones - I spent some time there, refreshed his items many times, maybe over 100 times (used GDTH after 60 or even more runs).
Can I get some info on this merchant?
Where is he exactly?
How hard is it to reach him?
How much do his recipes cost more or less?
Is he available in veteran mode too?

Not sure about cost I remember it being around 90k
I definitely had a mythical item recipe (lvl. 94).
Very easy to reach unless Kupucabra spawns on the way :mad:, recipes cost 75k or 150k or more!
I tried a few times on elite and ultimate, I only got lv75 blueprints (relics and items) which cost 75k each, it’s worth a key if you miss some blueprints you can’t drop in ultimate
Anyway you can switch between the areas of the dungeon and it will refresh the vendor
Is there a remote possibility that he will sell Desolation and Terror blueprints? I badly want them 
Owww, I need Eye of the Storm recipe so badly - two of my toons would use’em… now gotta run Mr (Ms?) Vinelton a few times today to check out.
I have Eye of the Storm Blueprint, but don’t remember where from - I got it on Normal though.
Now I need Desolation and Terror to craft that Eye of the Storm. Can’t wait!
Just so you dudes know: you can run this vendor twice in the same session: just go to him when you pass by him 1st and then, after killing the boss and getting the loot chests, double back to the previous lvl and “hit him again”. He will have new recipes.
That’s really good, tested it and it works. Maybe it’s just variance but in my last 10 runs (this means 20 vinelton visits) i didn’t get any lvl 90+ recipes. Thought before this would be the best method to get all recipes but now i doubt this.
Zantai has said that this vendor is meant to be used to complete the vanilla game recipe set. In all my visits I’ve not seen anything over level 75 for sale, I actually wonder if people who say they have seen level 94 for sale are not making things up. I could be really unlucky but I’ve been there a lot.
I dove into the game files because the otherwise excellent loot table project on GitHub doesn’t seem to have AoM data in it.
The plant vendor’s loot table (as far as blueprints are concerned) contain:
I can look a bit deeper and tell you exactly what they are, but it will take a little while as I’ll have to do this by hand for each item.

Well, you can also visit Hyram - merchant from Malmouth Resistence located near the riftgate in Steelcap District. He sells blueprints for relics up to level 50.
I think it has to do with the time span between the “visits”: if this is the case, then you could potentially “visit” him even more in the same game session.
This vendor usually sells 1-2 Ugdenbog sparkthrowers too, which is really cool if you’re doing a primal strike build.

Vinelton is the Ancient Grove vendor. You can see that he upgrades from relic blueprints to helmet ones at level 50.
The non-relic BPs he has a chance to sell are really nothing to rave about, unfortunately. It’s not bad if you’re missing a few of them.

Don’t vanilla recipes top out at 75 though? So his words and the lack of level 94 BPs line up well.
And people could just be mistaken. I wanted to build the Mythical Faceguard of Justice BP I thought I bought from the Grove, and when I went to the smith, it was just… the regular one… in the list. <sob>
