I recently returned to Grim Dawn after being away for some time and made an inquisitor am thinking of going Vitality or Chaos damage and was gonna see about getting some thought’s on what I should go with I DO have a 65 Blood Orb. I had half though of Aether but figured Vitality or Chaos were probably better than that. I’m open to playing it Melee, Ranged, or Caster…
There are far more Chaos Inquisitor builds than Vitality.
you could play Chaos Deceiver (+ Occultist) and use some of these as Chaos skills:
- ranged autoattack
- Flames of Ignaffar
- Doom Bolt
- Obsidian Tremor
- Rune of Kalastor
- Sigil of Consumption
- Oblivion
- Reaping Arc
Also Chaos Paladin (+ Oathkeeper)
- Aegis
- Eye of Reckoning
Chaos AAR Mage Hunter maybe
but there are some good Vitality Inquisitor casters if you want
using Radaggan’s Folly or Decree of Malmouth for example

I ended up going with Deciever though may soon have to think about what skills to put points into have been using skills from component’s and proc’s from gear to kill things (almost 35).

Somewhat ironically, the only beginner’s guide that exists for Deceiver is a Vitality Flames of Ignaffar Deceiver:
The build starts out with Word of Pain / Stormbox and then goes into Vitality after Level 50 or so, so you have plenty of time to follow the guide and get your character looking more like what the guide lays out.
