Made vitality RoH build
Here is the result


All in all, with the support of Dark One and Ravenous Earth, the build is pretty powerful and fun to play. RoH damage is decent. Though, Apostate doesn’t have Sigil of Consumption, Grasping Vines or Wendigo Totems, so some practise is needed. Moreover, Apostate has low % to Vitality damage -> Dark One damage boost is the deal here. Without Dark One boost (or Radaggan RR bonus, for example) Apostate is weak

The feedback:

  1. I would like to make it with Radaggan, but all the main bonus of the set is for 4 pieces (RR for Censure). The suggestion is to redesign set by switching amulet into medal.
  2. MI scepters should be better (actually all the old MIs should be buffed). The 25% conversion for WoP must be changed to flat damage bonus for WoP as soon as we have lots of ways to convert elemental damage on WoP

The bonus conversion to Word of Pain on MI Decree doesn’t make any sense. Global conversion handles elemental to vitality with ease (global conversion on scepter, basti rings, Leafmane Trophy green off-hand, lunal’valgoth girdle), so this mod is absolutely redundant. Besides, you can’t even get another items with the similiar mod to convert WoP with global conversion. Flat would be much better.
