Wagon Driver fearlessness, and some others

So one troubling thing currently in the game and not in the 0.9 patch notes is how, when wild animals and raiders are near or pursuing wagon drivers, the villager never leaves the wagon to run away and often gets themselves killed. Alongside Scurvy deaths (being patched) and villagers who seem to be more likely to try to be a hero now, this can bring population growth to net zero. This is far more prevalent in later raids where I have to select wagon drivers and manually move them onto the other side of town from where I can see raiders coming (and often at that point a 2nd or 3rd group are coming from where I can’t see them.

I think in these situations it would be a great idea if wainwrights could abandon their wagons and retreat in these instances, like other villagers.

Some other suggestions from playing Vanquisher most of my time in this game;

  • Hunter cabin upgrade for boar hunting - AI allows targeting on first sight, hunter won’t retreat or trigger a Predator Sighted warning, hunter has more defence and attack against wild animals (including capability to solo a bear), perhaps the hunter’s role is upgraded to a Master Hunter to reflect this?
  • Small storage for single particular resources that can’t get rats, to allow storage for things like meat, fish, honey, etc.
  • Rarer bonus trader who buys resources like tallow, wax, crude weapons, bows, and other resources that accumulate in great numbers in storage that become either excessive or redundant due to them not being used as much as other resources gained by the same buildings.
