Hi, I have a level 45 retal build going and was wondering if you could tell me which skills you attach to the various celestial powers for them to proc. thanks

Sure thing. I left out the color/formatting, hopefully that will make it easier on you. Thanks for the resource!

Cleansing Waters: Savagery
Turtle Shell: Menhir’s Bulwark
Messenger of War: Field Command

(Shield Wall would be a good one to bind to Savagery as well. I don’t have it because I wanted to keep my HP pool high enough that my 33% HP activation for Menhir’s will was with more health than I’ve ever been 1-shotted for [See earlier post for details].

you how much dmg REFLECT? I am level 60 I 25% ?

Having recently picked up reflect leggings that puts me at 306% reflect after gear swap.

all your stuff?

Yep, and most of it collected since B31 came out as almost all my previous reflect gear got blottod when the devs replaced reflect affix with one that had vitality resistance.

can see your stuff?

Yep, its all listed in original post now under reflect gear. Also on last page.

just stuff I looked at your page 1, and I see that reflected on the damage left ring? 13% we are far from 306%

Need to look further, it’s there, in the video section. Or view notes and the videos on post #137.

I took a chance on this build the first day it came out. I was new to the game and read a lot of builds, but this one fit a playstyle I was really wanting to do. My concern was no one commented on it yet, but I decided squib knew what he was talking about and I am glad I did this. It is a great build.

Right on! I’m glad you are enjoying it. It’s fun to take a build that’s off from the norm a bit. Props to the developers for their ingenuity there. I wanted to do a build like this in Titan’s Quest but never got around to it. I made one sort of like this in Diablo 2 a long time ago, but again not as developed as it is here imo.

Hi,
I am trying this build in Softcore, so I am not so uber concerned with survival.
I am only level 27 right now, but it seems great so far. Thanks for taking the time to make this guide.

As a softcore person, I figure I can give up some survivability to get a skill to help with ranged. Currently I have Devouring Swarm 16/16 and it ROCKS. Melee runs up and kills itself on the retaliation damage I have managed to cobble together, and with ranged I hit them with Devouring Swarm. It also speeds up boss kills, and provides some nice regen.

So, some questions:

For a softcore player, where should I take the 16 points out of, of your recommended build, to fund Devouring Swarm? Or will Devouring Swarm just not do enough damage in Ultimate and should I try something else?

Does it matter what factions I choose? If so, what do you recommend?

I see you have 1 point in Savagery. I assume this is for proccing devotions, not damage. How come you don’t use Grasping Vines? Grasping vines is insanely good at proccing.

Glad you’re digging the build. The points you can rob comfortably are likely going to be from Veterancy and Mog’s pact. As far as savagery, you are correct, it’s for proccing cleansing waters. Since cleansing waters is 100% chance to activate on attack there was no need to bind it to vines, but as you pointed out, if there was any less percentage I would change it over as vines would proc much more efficiently. Factions I went with kymon’s. It doesn’t matter much but I found some better retaliation and higher armor gear in kymon’s.

seems legit!

987% - 1587% to all damage modifiers

…

Hey again sorry if this has been asked but does % all damage increase our reflect and retal damage? And if so how good does it stack like additive or does it increase it by the % of total dmg after everything else etc…I have no idea haha

lordofthul- those modifiers are for retal and not dmg…it IS legit :stuck_out_tongue:

any idea which faction to choose, between Kymon’s Chosen or Order of Death’s Vigil, or it dont matters? btw build look great so far!
