This was already mentioned before, but there is still too much wax. I’m at 450 people with two candlemakers (for export) and it’s still building up. Since no one mentioned other uses for wax in that thread, let me suggest wax for furniture, and things that would require turnery: tools, crossbows, halberds, and heavy tools.
Or have merchants buy wax sometimes so you can get rid of your surpluses.

just sell lots of candles or have less apiaries.
I sell 1000 candles to 1 trader if I want to get rid of it.
Buy his stuff then dump the candles since he will have
lots of gold. All you need to do is make sure the candles
are stored next to the trader so you can restock 500 instantly.
If you do you can sell 2000 to 1 trader even.
