If the looters come through the cracks so easily (the city walls can’t be built here), what’s the use of building such a long city wall?
Looks like you don’t understand my question
You need to flatten the terrain, before you can build a wall over their. And when the city wall around you’re town is complete, the raiders are forced to attack the wall or most of the time the gates.
I’ve tried doing this, but there are still gaps, I don’t know how far the slope must be to completely seal the gap
I also noticed today, in the previous version it was possible. But now it can’t be done anymore.
If you are trying to end a wall into a hillside like that, build the wall to the hillside as you have done, then use the flatten tool to raise the land into the last tower. You will visibly see the land surrounding the last tower. Once that happens they can’t get around it. They’ll still just walk up the hill since it’s not impassible.
Thanks for that, I’ve had a similar issue building walls up a hillside, I’ll try that next time, it makes sense.
Also, for building walls into a lake, you need to find a corner where there is an impassible tile both at the end of the wall and the tile in front of or behind the wall, or they’ll walk right around it. Having it just end at the water doesn’t work.
