My latest acquisition (Viking Death Metal):
And if you find that is an odd genre, then try some Ancient Roman Death Metal from Italy:

Space Debris is probably my favorite band at the moment. Their 2014 album Phonomorphosis has been on heavy rotation for several weeks now. And it still is, my neighbours can tell German Krautrock at itās best.
thatās pretty good! Kinda reminds me of the egyptian Death Metal band Crescent which I really like
Sunday morning.
Just chilling with Lucinda.
Guzheng cover of Sun Quan The Emporer:
And the original(?), which I only discovered afterwards:
Iām hyped for the weekend!
Gonna see Psychedelic Porn Crumpets (Australia) on friday
and Ouzo Bazooka (Israel) on saturday
plus a ton of other great bands from all over the world and itās all gonna happen on a muddy field in the Westphalian Basin
Been a long, hard, dirty week.
Thank you Friday morning!!!
itās almost over. Almostā¦
But weāll get through it.
A bit Broken, Beat, and Scarred, perhapsā¦
Damn thee youtube, youāre meant to remind me bandās Iāve liked have put out new music:
Then again, thatās what I look at what Robert Christgauās reviewed for his Expert Witness column is for.
So Iāve now got about 3hrs of listening to do and already I can see Chaiās Punk is going to rattle around in my brain because what Iāve listen to so far is brilliant:
I got into Turkish 70ās Funk and Anatolian Rock a while back, this song started it all for me
While listening to this playlist of original vinyls I discovered Altın Gün, a great dutch-turkish band which nails that style perfectly. Hereās their latest album
Mostly Heavy/Power metal. Desert- āFortune Favors the Braveā and a lot of older stuff like Master plan and Virgin Steele.
Yeap, Priests is proving to be right up my alley music wise, then again I generally <3 punk offshoots:
F*cking good album.
Also gave The Ex a listen a was all like āhow the f*ck did I never encounter them before?ā:
Havenāt yet done a full listen through on 27 Passports, but what Iāve heard so far is damn good. And theyāve got a back catalogue of 20 odd albums.
Oh and the new album from The Regretteās - How Do You Love? Dropped a couple of days and itās good-ish. My impression will likely improve after a few more listens though. Either way I strongly suspect Lydiaās and the rest of the band are only going to get better in the long run.
Otherwise, going to give The Terror End of Beauty by Harriet Tubman a good listen, since what Iāve heard so far sounds f*cking good.
And for Volvek
Cool drums on that album, I like it.
The weird and dark kind of chill, I like it.
Skating Polly new album when? First two songs arenāt bad but not as impressive as their older stuff, seems like they found their style and will stick with it for a while. I hope for the raw and gritty stuff that made Fuzz Steilacoom so awesome. And ofc Piano ballads
currently listening to a lot of Jah Shaka, the Commandments of Dub 1-10 in particular. Instrumental dub reggae at itās best
New King Gizzard album just leaked! Only one day before the official release
Iām not sure how YouTube ended up there and Iāve never even seen the show or movie whatever it is but listening to Initial D while ripping through everything on my pierce blademaster is pretty satisfying.
Waiting for my new custom build rig to be delivered.
Having a hard time being patient.
Tenacious D always helps to calm me.
I really like this type of music so much.
