What kind of music are you listening to?

Hmm. Each to their own I suppose. I like Fit For A King, they use the hybrid style a fair amount. Also I Prevail is a super good band that uses it.

Timestamped to Harry Macks chat with Cliff Beats and then going into a freestyle based off Cliff’s topics

If you have any love for hip-hop (and more specifically, freestyle) and even if you don’t, you owe it to yourself to discover Harry Mack and the magic he is creating off the top of his brain. I’ve never seen anything like it, and apparently noone else has either - not at this level.

Finally got around to admitting I love Run The Jewels:

Younger me would have been all aghast a older me liking any rap/hip hop lawl.

Speaking of hip hop/rap, how about old school. Classic beat!

I love the riff but cannot stand the death growls on this one. Hence the instrumental.

If you like metal, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!

Sweeeeeeeet.

The new Gojira album’s out, mastered fairly quietly so I can’t turn it up to the levels it demands to be listen to lawl. Even with 100% on all volumes and 10db+ amplification in foobar2000.

At least the audio issues that happen with my headset when turned to 100% system volume aren’t happening though this time to the level they interfere badly. Still some crackling, but I can cope.

Best music for mindless farming/levelling!

Found this on my Spotify discover weekly. The name of the band caught my attention, why I don’t know
Pretty chill song; sometimes you need a break from all that heavy metal/hard rock stuff:wink:

utsu-p released a new song last night

It came from '06:

As for Mogwai’s most recent album - As The Love Continues - I sadly have come to the recognition it’s not their best, still pretty decent, but compared to Every Country’s Sun it’s a bit less weighty.

Metal; Death, Black, Sympho, Djent

Electro; 80s Retro style

Dark
Atmospheric
Dystopic
Apocalyptic

That’s usually my craving.

Okok
