What to do after i hit level 100 and gather all devotion points?

After I finish all three difficulties what exactly can I do?
I probably will hit level 100 before finishing all three difficulties since I am playing a modded game.
I am having so much fun leveling but after hitting max level and gathering all devotion points what can I do?
