When do the SR sets start dropping?

I did SR15 on one of my characters earlier to get the skill/stat points and the Goredrinker shoulders dropped which was a surprise as I didn’t think they started dropping until higher shards.

Having said that, I can’t actually find whatever I (thought I) read that said it was higher so I could just be making stuff up.

The shards have been compressed. SR15 now equals the old SR35-40, both in terms of challenge and loot.

These items will drop at any Shard on Ultimate difficulty, though you can naturally expect their drops to be more common the higher you go.

Yeah I am - I could’ve sworn I saw something that suggested they started dropping at >= SR 24 but, like I said, I can’t find it now and the offical info contradicts my nonsense so .
