I find it very inefficient that the foragers are just sitting idle for the winter months when they cant gather anything. can you make a check box on the forager building to allow them to find work in the winter?
When winter is over then they go back to the foraging work.
Options “Find Winter Work”, “Enable Winter Work”
Or the slots in the forager auto disable in winter and re-enable in spring.
As far as I know in those games that I played, it is in winter that you have to manually turn off those buildings that cannot work by themselves, the same collectors.
Maybe something will be done with this in terms of automation. For example, it will be possible to turn on, as you say, “winter work”, look, the gatherers will find a bear’s lair in the winter and say hello to them =)
