Wood Splitter over Well Bug

I have managed to place a wood splitter over a well.

The Well might still function, (I haven’t seen local fire being put out yet and there’s no inaccessibility alerts for either construction), it’s a “kinda” cool building combo, but I assume this is unintentional?
