Essentially the same hanging behavior I reported re: 0.7.4 (see below) but no crash dump.

Identical hardware. Attaching dxdiag info.

Earlier report [0.7.4] with crash dump attached: [0.7.4] hang 5 secs after placing town center; many "d3d11: failed to create buffer"
