hello again .
i see the discution about the weapon and i would love to hear what you think is better to use . im lev 65 and lucky enough i have empowered bonesnap gavel and agony (leg lev 65).
thanx for your help
[1.0.0.6] Markovian/Warborn Commando - Juggernaut - high physical dmg shield build + Crucible farmer
Donât use agony. The acid conversion kills your phys damage output
ty
do you think the incoming nerf will kill or damage this build ?
I donât have the IK belt so I plan on using Ulzuinâs Torment which gives me +1 Demo skills, so Iâll have some extra skill points to spread around. Where do you think they would be best used? I was thinking about throwing them in OFF for the extra CC and -fire resists.
Damage yes of course. Kill it no. I think aside the damage nerf itâs the markovian proc that annoys me the most. PRoc is not as reliable as Belgothian carnage and at just 1 secondâŚAnyway. It wonât kill it but changes to gear and devotions will be made and I will update it accordingly.
Edit:@Buster You can use Warpath Girdle for belt.
Hi, fluff.
To start leveling this build do you recommend going straight for the tree you built or do you recommend the blade arc route?
This is what i usually say:
Leveling can be done with Deadly momentum+Bulwark+ Blitz(max blitz early, use some ectoplasm for mana issues) + slowly leveled cadence. Bind Flacon swoop on blitz. After this you can play around with devotions as you see fit. Hawk for more OA, Anvil, Assassinâs Blade for debuff on cadence. When you gain over 30 devotion points you can start thinking of resetting your devotions and get Oleron. Just make sure you have enough to get anvil and Rhowanâs scepter too when you do.
I donât like leveling with Blade ARc personally. Maybe until lvl 18 or so but not more than that.
is this build still viable with witchblade? (considering taking the 1.007 build with markovian).
Witchblade variant is viable in 1.0.0.7 though it got 25+% reduced clear speed in Crucible. I assume next patch it will either retain same level of efficiency or get much worse.
Currently contemplating on switching the Markovian amulet and shield for Eye of Beronath + Siegebraker - would lose few thousand HP but will gain lots of extra skill points +20% phy resists +bunch of OA (to compensate for the dmg nerfs).
Also Markovian Stratagem maybe will have some use considering it has a nie chunk of flat Phy dmg.
I needed a build for testing MArkovian set changes as well as the new transmuter. HAvenât made a build with this myself in ages. After looking through the boards I stumbled upon this build. Been using it and am currently lvl 55, self found in HC. As commando this build still works thusfar in patch x08.
You can see me leveling from lvl 35-50 on stream yesterday. Playing it today a bit. Resuming on stream tomorrow if all goes well irl
Witchblade is still viable as well. The reactions in the preview patchnote thread are exaggerated. Impact of the balancing pass is not as severe as many make it out to be.
Sorry Superfluff I posted this in the wrong thread which is why it made no sense in terms of the Markovian Commando build. I had the BWC Sorcerer build thread up on another tab and meant to post it there.
I watched your stream a bit. Almost made me wanna level one again:rolleyes: Forgot the steamroll feeling it had while leveling.
Blind Fury on Blitz, Assassins Mark on Cadence, where do you put Maul? I donât imagine it will have a good proc rate/up time. Is Maul mainly for the passive bonuses?
bumpity bump?
he took all nodes but Maul ( the last one )
I see, thanks.
lost ~4000 dps from changes and another ~4600 when using haunted steel now (10% phys to vitality). my gear is far from perfect but the hit is big.
But that ainât the worst, somehow survivability isnât even a third of was it was now (getting rekt by physical blows).
hardest nerf is by far Targoâs Hammer (which severely reduce AOE capacity of the build) & Haunted Steel (bloodthirster skill was mandatory in crucible if you meet very strong combo of nemesis or boss)
did only 2 cruci since the patch is out, and iâam considering getting back HS only for bloodthirster ability. Without bloodthirster i will have to upgrade my toughness to keep a decent succesrate in cruci which will lead to a dps loss in any case.
Agreed, I tried skipping haunted steel - it is not an option. Even with the big dps loss, I still need it to stay on my toes. Otherwise I cannot stop those mutant and tyrant âtrucksâ from steamrolling me on ultimate
I skipped haunted steel and made new devotion setup. Might update cruci vid. I will update these days
