Basically any good green pants with high base armor.
Note that you get plenty of blueprints from treasure troves and Rogue-like dungeons in the beginning. Also from regular Devotion shrines.

Just my 2 cents on this subjectā¦you can easily hit 94 playing normal/elite and doing all the quests and places like SoT and FG for better mob xp. I personally hold off on Ultimate until 94 so that the drops and quest rewards I get are almost always lvl 94 for end game gear.
It doesnāt have anything to do with difficulty as Ultimate doesnāt really start getting āhardā until AoM, but drops are huge and I prefer higher lvl drops.

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I think my pants recipe fall from exactly devotion shrine, since I donāt remember buying recipes ever.
@Xenhil , green MI pants are nice substitution. For example Solael pants have base of aether and bleed resistances, Dreeg have pierce, so are useful. Common blue pants are Legplates of Valor. Unlike Cabalist, the Opressor donāt have physical resistance, so itās good if you can have it from pants or seal of might high level component.
Benevald in Blood Grove has like 40% chance or so to sell yellow and blue blueprints
Blacksmith can also craft pants by default, which always fits players level
this build still viable for the new patch?
how is it compared to darkoneās ritualist or cabalist in terms of dps? darkones ritualist seems to be slightly faster than cabalist end game wise?

I think the fastest vitality caster right now is my recent Blightlord Oppressor. But yes, for Dark One Ritualist is slightly faster than the rest combos. But all are good options. Probably will update this guide in the future. I have so many builds

just scouting the forums but most build says older version and is my first time so im not sure if has been nerf or viable anymore :S
btw is darkone oppresor faster than dark one ritualist? might take me awhile to get blightlord set
and is this oppressor a piano build?

Dark One Oppressor is definitely slower and overall worse than Ritualist, Cabalist or Conjurer, since they have set support. The set for Oppressor is Blightlord but itās random drop.
As for skills, I personally prefer to spam something instead of CD based caster. But depends what are your items. Possible to spam is Biting Blades if you have the recipe+Blood Orb of Chton. This configuration will be obviously similar to my/Sir Spanksalot builds and will be beast. If you donāt have these items, you can try Acid Purge component skill or Oblivion relic granted skill/Necromancer green belt combo.
Or you can play piano with Ravenous earth, Bone Harvest, etc. But skill with weapon damage will grant better sustain+damage of course. I might try different configurations to see whatās really working in current patch. 
Thank you for the reply, i see since im a first timer i shold go with darkone for ritualist to farm gears for this blightlord set oppresor since thats the end goal of it.
yeah i understand u have alot of well written guides and the game patches (buff and nerf) frequently, well that is what making the game alive and having a great community in forums
Yeah, patch changes to keep interest of players for prolonged period and community here is great.
As for my builds, I keep making them and canāt update them all. I promise in upcoming weeks will update this one for sure, since itās popular guide and I have few ideas.
Items are changing, few buffs but Nerf to blue Beronath amulet hurts all budget based builds, so they require update.

I will update my DW pistols Purifier 1.1.7.0 with change of yellow pistols and will add some variations like the Desolator build. I will see what other builds can be improved, perhaps the Vindicator.
I also thought of making a fire caster version of my skater (if ppl got tired of skating, what can they do instead) and a bleed and one chaos build. I could not find any chaos or bleed damage build in the beginner compendium

Hi, i have problem with skill points. I finished 100 lvl and Im missing like 20 points to finish build. I followed guide step by step and idk where is the problem.
Thatās awkward. There are few quests each difficulty that award points, Shattered Realm gives 4 more and hidden path one per difficulty. Search for information, what you might miss, since leveling is awarding same number of points always.
