This is a DW version of [1.1.4.0] Skorkh, Railrocketshotgunner - 2H Ranged Fire Vortex Justicar Purifier (no greens, Gladiator)
My aim was to combine Dagallon pistols’ railgun potential with Fire Strike’s explosive modifiers and WPS which could most benefit from the both. The first edition of the build used Vortex, but good people told me it was not the only penetrating gun and now you can see a better version.

The build is focused on Fire Strike autoattacks with 100% WPS. The pistols allow the bullets to penetrate targets and Fire Strike’s explosive modifiers trigger at every collision. Some WPS contain their own blasts (triggered at every collision as well) while the others work as volleys or shotgun rounds, therefore multiplying the number of Fire Strike explosions. For example, Lucky Shot has 8 projectiles while DW and each of them adds damage from Explosive Strike and Brimstone. And if you are shooting at a group of enemies, multiply for each of them again. Therefore, positioning is crucial: you need to find spots to shoot as much targets at once as possible… Well, it would be important if they were not dying so fast 
The other skills are either buffs or debuffs - and Amatok’s Breath is for closing with the enemy and repositioning.
In order to use shotgun capabilities, I decided to sacrifice the last Dagallon set bonus and put the Justicar set armour on; its 3-piece bonus is probably better anyway. As a result, 3050 DA - without Solemn Watcher. Armour is 3100 while I lack 5% armour absorption and physical resistance is miserable :).
Crucible with 4 blessings and no banner is accomplished in 8:30.

It is so fragile that it requires skill. Cannot even facetank the Queen. On the other hand, the mobility skill with 2,5 seconds CD makes the process fun :).
