why must the weapon have + necro bonuses to use BH as a support skill?
again, it’s both a strange take in itself, but also because of how obvious it should be it’s not necessary. Every single item a char uses doesn’t have to be the item that supports 1 skill
Either you’re keep misunderstanding the intent, ie it doesnt’ have to be a main BH build, or you’re also ignoring all the other slots you can have necro bonuses on?
