That’s a bug. Will fix in 1.2.
Arcane heroes, and many other hero archetypes are getting more prominent auras in 1.2 as well.

So, i did my job then. Except the hero has been like that since AoM was released. But the devs should have noticed that. But the beta testers are there in case the devs miss something. Except i was the only one that noticed it. But then i said nothing until now even though i knew he was like that for a long while.
In conclusion: i suck.

give Arcanes aura a “buff” that has visual FX of an Angry Eye floating over heir heads 
it’s been mentioned many times 
but maybe because it wasn’t a direct reply/“report”, but casual passing mention it didnt’ get any attention?
heck i “went out of my way” to highlight it to people when talking about enemies stripping buffs in mentioning Mageclaw by name along Lox an Grava, instead of lumping it in with “arcanes” because of no arcane tag

Well, not exactly.
He hasn’t been dispelling correctly until patch 9.6, so he’s only been like this for about 9 months. Hence why, I imagine, a lot of people assumed he wasn’t actually Arcane.
