There is actually a template for something like a āmountā which seems to be leading to another playerchar, or monster i think, the Centaur character, that was available in the past for TQ i guess (correct me if i am wrong on this!), and has been ripped for the most part, but never tried to re-enable it. Even if i could make that work we would only have something like a āpetā, i guess there would be a need for extra playerchar animationfiles, textures and databases to realize something like that, would be nice to try that out at some point. Go for it and see if it is possible
EDIT1: tbh i would not try it before ābowsā are in Combo Mod and gdx3 happened, and even then i do not think its really that usefull to have, better try to check if you can give the old āhirelingā template a REup and get to a point where we can have a merc that we can equip with gearitems in a new hud window attached to the ui :))

Is this mod intended to be ridiculously and frustratingly hard.Or it is unbalanced at the moment.Elites and mini boss that came out of nowhere and those environmental effects and damage are annoying.
if you donāt use everything the mod offers you to withstand the ridiculousness yes you might get slaughtered, and yes some parts also will need more balance, like for example Devotionbossesā¦
donāt know what you talking about but i donāt have added some xD maybe you talk about Hero Archetype Portalskillsā¦? Nothing too special about them, most of them are easily to dodge and/or to avoid.
Itās not easy to avoid.After miniboss or elites die the ground will be covered with some effects and AOE in just a millisec and this will one-hot you and no time to react.Just balanced those AOE and circles on ground and environmental damage.
Not seen this type of behaviour, please make a video or at least give a screenshot to indicate what the issue might be for you.
Hahaha he must be a beginner in this mod , it really is not for everyone , the mod is great very addictive , it has a lot of action more than usual , which I thought was great , for those who are not used to it find the difficulty out of the ordinary.

Most of database restructuring has been done, all items are at their places so far that i can tell right now, mainly fx files unsorted and those wonāt reset any gearitems, there should be no more gear get missing except something in the basegame patches down the road will destroy things on that side, which i donāt think but i can not promise that as i do not check for the PTR because that would be too much on my current schedule, at least i have best hopes on that

Beginner or not with an all resist capped and with a decent health,armor and defences and still random on-shot this mod is still unbalanced.And Iām not complaining itās just a feedback. I love this mod and Ashbrain is doing a fine job here.Just keep on improving and balancing.Peace and god bless.

No end in sight with this, at least at this point i have no intention to stop at all, but things need time and do not forget that i canāt work fulltime on this sometimes, but i tryhard on most days off the week
Today i am revamping the whole āGrimSoul mechanicā to a better state (Souls from chestlootables really do look bad in the end, yes!), now it initially belongs to the āInnate Skills mechanicā and will be available ONLY on ANY ENEMYDEATH at an appropriate rate, testings are running. Furthermore all new Enemypacks (Omega Endgame) got overhauls, especially in their ability to recover and foremost attention to the new Crocmans, which also feature a boss ā Croczilla, a GIANT crocboss to stomp the player into the deepest cellar underneath Cairn ;D Inwork and might be available later this day via the nil-version as usual <3

No this is only one of the options, this route goes straight SR and getās the buff for it, you also can leave that and simply start the normal way throughout the campaign without doing the SR at first place.
