can you recommend me a good working cookie cutter tanky build. no piano playing, just a few skills that needs to be activated and very tanky. i am a huge fan of monster infrequents that can be farmed again after a few levels, can you give me some recommendations?

Blitz Warlord, should be pretty straightforward.
You would get these items:
Bargoll's Root - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database (not that mandatory, you can use “totally normal shield” too
Warden's Fortress - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database
Bloodbriar's Thorn - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database
Wendigo Glare - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database (or this if you decide on Gutworm's Mark - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database going with cadence)
these rings from faction is actually pretty good for starter: Coven Storm Seal - Items - Grim Dawn Item Database
and these faction items get +skill to blitz too
these shoulders if you wanna have even more armor and go with r.fervor route
For default attacker you could go with either Cadence or righ.fervor. I use R.fervor on mine to proc wps quicker and also buffing your armor meanwhile. Cadence will buff your Blitz dmg with deadly momentum active.
You can get Vire might too for more mobility and volcanic stride is good devo proccer.

you really don’t need one. You will get Milton helm and Warden shield straight away. Just look at grim tools where to farm the MI’s
Devotions just get Assassins mark for resistance reduction proc, and get high OA and attack speed in order to proc it often. All other devotions you can do whatever you need like Ulzaad, Azraaka, or Obelisk + Empyrion.
