One that I can think of without loading up the game is the dream one, i cant remember whether its psionic immolation or burn.
Sun Ray from the Cenobite mastery.
Does anyone know the .dbr for Callagadra?
Hi all, can someone tell me how to get Ice Shards? Seeing that itās needed for the Frost Knightās relic, I suppose itās from Cataclysm, but I canāt see it as a craftable item at the Cataclysm ā is it a drop from a specific monster? If so, which one(s)?
ETA: Iāve just realized thereās a Cataclysm merchant, maybe that one stocks it randomly?
ETA2: Never mind, I have just found one, sold by the D3 merchant.
itās a rare component, it can drop anywhere, or the merchants can have them but that too is random
When I use ArchiveTool to modify the Playerlevels.dbr at the time of finishing the extraction, that file does not appear anywhere, does anyone have an idea if that file still exists? or am I just doing something wrong. I just want to increase the levelcap, I would really appreciate the help ![]()
The file still exists, when you extract the GD .arz files you will find it. It is not included in DoM because the mod makes no changes to it.
Hey mamba!
Having a great time in DoM so far! Thanks for your great work.
A question though, will you keep DoM updated for Fangs of Asterkarn when it arrives?
Iām worried to be excluded from it.
I will definitely update it when the next expansion is being released. It might not be on the first day or two however.
Good to know! So I will not buy until your update arrives, bec I donāt want things to collide and break.
Thanks for your reply buddy, never abandon this mod as itās just awesome!
Mamba - just a quick note to thank you so much for DoM! Hands down the best mod for GD there is!
Iāve enjoyed multiple builds to lvl 100 because of this mod and just this week I couldnāt get on Last Epoch, so I came back to old faithful GD-DoM and created yet another alt!
I appreciate your dedication and ongoing support for your mod!
I was wondering why the mod hasnāt been updated in several months on nexus, though Iāve basically given up on GD because of Crateās approach to the whole buff skill situationā¦specifically the fact theyāre doubling down on that implementation. The one guy with the anchorite skill problem is one example, then thereās one class where you get power in exchange for having constant health drainā¦but it was balanced around being possible to deactivate (with a lengthy cooldown) as well. And of course, one class where you could choose whether to be vitality or aether based as the situation warranted. Allā¦gone.
Well, thank you for bringing all these mods together, I enjoyed my time playing while it lasted.
because I am more interested in other things right now ![]()
It still is getting updates, just not as fast. If there are issues from the toggle skills, let me know the class and skill and Iāll look into it. Not really happy with this either, wish they at least had an option / tag to be able to manually turn it on and off
Gonna try to list the bigger concerns I notice, first.
As mentioned, Anchoriteās Motionless As Mountain is a -80% movespeed buff skill.
Maleficar is the class I was thinking of with the total conversion toggles, Eldritch and Harbinger of Death. Unless Crate creates options (ha, fat chance), these may be better as timed buffs. Paragon has Mysticism, a single skill which functions similarly.
Necromantās Arch Lich and Desperation have active health drain which prevents constitution based healing. they also have longer cooldowns than most buff abilities, so they take longer to reactivate when you die or when arcane monsters purge them.
Fangshiās Signets may be a problem? Theyāre numerous and confusing, so I donāt know.
The health drain reminds me, I believe Crate removed energy drain from most ābuffā abilities, most just reserve energy if anything. DoM still has plenty of energy draining abilities still. Overall most of these by themselves arenāt problematic as the drain is very small. Necromantās Astrosphere Wraith, however, has a fairly large energy drain at base.
Separate from all of the above:
Please update Rangerās Premeditation passive (for Snipe), it still lists pierce chance as being doubled and uses old values (Crate fixed the bug that resulted in that, and doubled pierce chances to compensate)
Why does the Nature classās Plague skill have the tag ContagTQious? Shouldnāt it be Contagious? Similarly, runemasterās Rune Storm.
I was debating whether to even bother responding, thatās how bad the changes hit me. Butā¦here it is?
A simple fix for your Motionless as a Mountain skill, donāt take it at first, there is an Anchorite set with 3 pieces with the effect of +100% or 80%movement speed or something, craft it then wear it and you would have no problems with said skill.
Hi, please can anyone help? For the first time I decided to use a close range combat character with a shield (I always choose casters) in Crusader. I hear talk about Hold Your Ground letting you use 2h weapons without the D3 10000 Physique requirement, so naturally went for it. Problem is, I dunno if that just meant you can use the weapon normally, or if that automatically lets you 1h a D3 2h weapon, because I kept seeing people talk about that letting you use a 2h Diablo weapon and a shield instead just the weapon. Iāve seen comments about being able to convert the weapon to 1h, but I cant figure out where, or if it was even possible from the start to begin with. Is this possible at all? If it is, where do I do it? I made this character with the sole purpose of being able to do this and I would be too disappointed to even continue with it if its not possible given I am already level 31 with it.
Welcome to the forum. ![]()
The description is fairly clear

However, most of the Crusader weapons at the blacksmith are higher level ones. There are a very few that are L20, but then after that youāre looking at L58 and upwards.
Ok thanks for the quick response, guess itās my fault for trusting stuff I read on other sites instead of trusting the direct source. But I guess what confuses me is the part that says āIt allows you to use, in your main hand, special two-handed melee weaponsā. I have never used 2h weapons so Im confused on that, are all 2h weapons used as off-hand weapons? And what would be the difference in specifying it is in the main hand? Higher damage?
Also, Im new to this forum stuff so excuse me if Im breaking any rule in posting more than once a day or something, I just needed a quick clarification. Thanks!
Donāt worry, youāre not breaking any rules.
Iāve not used that skill, but far as I know it only works with the special Crusader 2-handers that you can craft with the D3 blacksmith whoās in Devilās Crossing up the stairs by Constance.
Main hand is usually higher damage and also that skill requires a shield to be equipped. So your weapon would be in your main hand and the shield in the off-hand.
It requires 10/10 Hold your ground and to craft the equivalent ā1hā specific weapon via D3 blacksmith, not every 2h can be crafted to 1h, only the listed ones. And you will get the damage penalty as well, so it wouldnāt be as strong as you would think that 2h stats are double to 1h, not like that, its like 2/3, but the positive thing is the affixes come with the 2h.
