Omega Nemesis now have 98% chance to drop potion of experience and 25% chance to drop any Challenge token.
Hero soul drop rate 100% , I don’t know yet if I will reduce it later.Also Grimmer version should be halved.
Changed the kill chain.
So now that Omega Nemesis can drop any challenge token, you will have to go to the place written on the token.
Now the Challenge boss can drop :
10% chance to drop a reroll token : reagent for the reroll recipe
5% chance to drop a recipe to reroll Omega item affixe.The reagents are :
A reroll token
An Omega MI
9 Legendary essences

First of all, thank you for making very interesting quest mod.
Then, I tried to translate this MOD. But, you are controlling a quest by a file of the name called the same ‘mq_spiritguide.qst’ as vanilla has. Since the text required for localization is the same name, quest of one of the two will become invalid.
Could you please the ‘mq_spiritguide.qst’ file into another name (e.g. omega_spiritguide.qst), and remade your OMEGA MOD?

Unfortunately it is not possible to create a new quest without compiling the entire world map of Grim Dawn (.wrld), which would make the mod maybe 10 or 100 times bigger in size and needs to be updated each time the map is changed.It would be a lot of work for something not really interesting for the players.
That’s why I use mq_spiritguide.qst wich I think is the most useless and easy quest in the game that can be replaced : you just have to talk to the spirit guide Sahdina to complete the quest.
You can translate the conversation file if you like that I changed to complete the quest normally throught conversation.
Thank you for your reply. Translation is completed to some extent. However, if ‘mq_spiritguide.qst’ continues being vanilla, as shown in an attached screen shot, quest will not be displayed normally. So, I made a request like the one mentioned above. Well, it was very sorry but no way. I understood it. After receiving the quest from Kamui, we will cope with it by replacing ‘mq_spiritguide.qst’. If we do that, OMEGA endless quest is displayed as shown in the right ss.
BTW, I feel that Kamui Shiro is coming from the name of the hero of the anime ‘X’. Is it right?

Previous version were giving 100 XP whatever the difficulty :o.
Added new bitmap for the new item called “Stack of 500 Hero souls”.Added recipe to craft a “Stack of 500 Hero souls” from 500 hero souls.The recipe drops from Challenge boss.
The item “Stack of 500 Hero souls” is used with the “reroll token” for the rerolling recipe on Omega item affixes.
Just for other modders who would like to make Tyrael wings like in Grim Dawn, I have a really hard time to make something beautiful.
I tried to make a 2D effect but it seems that animated textures can not be oriented (they always show face camera except on the ground with the option “orient vertically”).
So I made a mesh with two planes and an animated textures on each plane (double for each face) but the result is very bad.
As I don’t want to spend more time on it I release it for other modders who might be interested to make it work.
Just talk to the NPC to have the buff, you need to look zoom in to see the effect.
Maybe we must find another way to make tyrael wings effects you can use the wings file as you want, I think I will remove it because it takes a lot of space and is not beautiful. Omega with Tyrael wings effect for modders only.
Did you buff empowered Fabius anything? I used to be able to beat him by kiting around 2 minutes, but doesn’t seem possible anymore. Also his bleed hits a lot more than it did before or am I imagining things? Even absorb crystal barely helps.
I had him on farm-status, now I can’t even kill him a single time.
I was waiting for players to tell if it was to much.I will reduced the buff in next version (wen the next patch is released).

Aha. It’s that slow bolt or whatever… It slows me enough for him to catch me and finish me. Should be removed to be honest, otherwise no non-tank character will ever be able to beat him through kiting. Or any other of them for that matter!
Omega V0.72
Added some description tag for the Omega faction.
Potion of atribute recipe now requires 200 hero souls instead of 180 (in addition to all other reagents).
Reduced the effect of the buff at 50% Health for Omega Nemesis (less OA,DA,speed,total damage…).
Omega nemesis totems :
I added a 10 seconds delay before the totem starts casting the slow red/pink bolts and reduced the chance to cast this attack by 50%. Omega V0.72
