Two other notes that I don’t think covered above yet:
The Xbox version is playable but still “project management” stuff to do between Crate/Microsoft, therefore no specific release date yet.
And they almost named xpac Eldritch Moon but that name’s already taken by WotC for an MtG expansion.
2H pierce ranged has Valdun.
Melee, of course. 2H Ranged Pierce is in a good spot right now.

Very interesting.
I don’t know what kind of game mod it is, but it seems to increase replayability and end-game content.This is great and I like to revisit different places of the world!
Maybe we could revisit each endgame dungeon with random layouts and bosses.
In the end it’s hard to beat crucible as the best way to farm items because you don’t need to move in order to kill monster packs.
That image looks more “Egyptian” and less “Lovercraftian” imo (I can understand why though). The depictions of Nya that I am familiar with have more “bizzare”. TheCorpsefiend is pretty close to Nya imo

Quite frankly GD could use some of its “bizarre” bosses to be actually powerful. The strongest bosses in the game are a guy in a deer suit, a moose, a guy dressed up as an edgelord and couple guys who…well are just plain weird.

Yea for my first time watching stream, it was occasionally hard to keep up (and then if I’d scroll back in the chat, I’d miss current chat :rolleyes: ) but Zantai mentioned MtG was using their first choice of name for a set, I thought perhaps it was Born of the Gods but he said was Eldritch Moon. (I tried to join as Mornay but that named already taken on Twitch so joined as Finnigan’s Bread heh)
Did they actually mention that there will indeed be new mastery(s)? I have skimmed thru all the recent posts and not one mention of anything concerning masteries except for your post. I would have thought that if such was indicated that would have been in people’s lists by this point and in my reckoning it is far more important than anything else concerning this expac with the sole exception of the new game mode.
And here we sit with nary a whisper… are people even freaking asking this question in the stream?
The possibility of new class wasn’t denied. Saving up for misadventure, perhaps?..

Essentially yes, or I missed it miserably.
I’ll take that as a good sign then. If there wasn’t going to be new ones they would have likely indicated it within the last two streams. It also means they are keeping a tight wrap on it and this news will be an intentional point for trolling us with Zantai and it may be unlikely they will give up on it until much further along.
The new Devotions also supports the premise that there will be new masteries. There wouldn’t be much point on adding new ones (and especially 9 of them at that) without new masteries to be supported thru them.
They intentionally were not saying “yes” or “no” when asked, it was probably the most popular question during the stream.
And in fact when mentioning the 4 new factions accidentally said “4 new masteries” instead which chat was quick to jump on
