This reminds me of The Witcher series, where some armour you got from the first game were in The Witcher 2 if you had it in The Witcher 1’s save file.
Not to mention that your decisions in the first game actualy made a big part at the second, changing each playthrough.
So in other words, the new expansion has nothing new and sounds like very little content.
Better not be more than $5 or I dont see how they will sell any copies if there is nothing new in it but a map.

Regardless of the size of the coming expansion, I’d imagine that it will be as reasonably priced as the rest of the content.
I would really like the camera to have a lower altitude and tighter focus when fully zoomed in. I like checking out my efforts and while the Illusionist interface is OK for screen shots, I think it would be much more user friendly to just have a tighter camera once zoomed in. I could mod that @Zantai but I think we should have a ship of Theseus discussion first

I have been trying very hard to be excited by this news, but still have to conlcude that this is quite possibly the least tantalizing teaser I have ever heard. The most interesting tidbit was “New faction”, the rest was mostly “no”, except for whatever is supposed to be meant by the first item (“shattering”).
We fought him as a NONE Ascendant, though. Not even a smallest implication was done about this, when we first met him.
Also, congratulations, guys, you took the bait. What a shame.

Who knows. Ascendants have certain powers attributed to them. He may be an excellent fighter as a human but his otherworldly power seems to be knowledge, unusual intuition or something.
But to be fair Creed also seems to wonder if we are the on the path to ascendancy because of how powerful we, the taken, are. So he pretty much explains anything that is unusually powerful and is human good guy with the word ascendant just as people use God as a general term to explain things they don’t understand. So it’s not unlikely that he is wrong about both us and Ulgrim
