Maiven’s Sphere of Protection has been noted for this, I guess “concentration” isn’t Energy Reserved or cost per second?
Fabius is going easy on us by using his Blade Spirits and not his Balde Spirits. Only Chthon knows what this Nemesis is capable of at his full power.

It used to have exactly that. Energy drain per second. It got removed at some point, but the tooltip remained unchanged.
