Updated polish tags. Thanks again Dammitt.
ps. I am ready to provide also full polish translation for FoG to update grimtools.com before expansion hits. So if you will be closer to release grimtools with content for FoG, please PM me.

Minor update — added “Invincible” tag for pets/monsters that are invincible:
MonsterDB_tagMonsterInvincible={^E}Invincible
ItemDB_tagPetInvincible={^E}Invincible
Hypothetically there might be other, older changes which I forgot to mention, so it might be a good idea to use any merge tool to detekt all changes.
Just a warning: some languages might be dropped from GT again if I see that rainbow shit that some translators like to do. It’s supported in game, cause the engine applies formatting to all text everywhere, but in GT I apply formatting only where it exists in default locale and I’d like to stick to this.
Currently I see this again in French in calc/db in couple places, but maybe I just missed it the last time I checked and it really not big of an issue, I’ll fix it eventually.
I don’t see this in Chinese translation that’s uploaded to Crate, but I DO see this shit in the new translation from ABCbarbecue that he asked to update calc with - ain’t gonna happen now, ain’t gonna happen when FG is released if this extra formatting is still there.
What kind of monster is this?
For example, a monster titled “XXX ~ Unstoppable”?
Or is it special high health/resistance?
This is done to indicate that monster is actually can’t be damaged. This is not present in game and you always see health bar on enemies / pets even if they are invincible to damage.
There are completely invincible pets and monsters in the game:
Calc: player scaled pets, e.g. Guardian of Empyrion or Wind Devil
Item db: player scaled pets, e.g. Cinderwind from Cindertouch gloves
Monster db: pets/traps spawned by monsters as well as some transitioning phases for certain enemies.
I understood, thanks. Well then I will contact you PM later.
Do you mean such code (^q)?
If it is this constellation name, is it better not to write the code?
Hi Dammitt,
I am currently working on the translation of FG, I will update grimtool as soon as possible.
Thx
Yeah, but these are minor issues. I saw couple in Japanese and some other language (Czech maybe?), a bit more in French and a lot of this in alternative Chinese translation.
Minor issues don’t bother me that much, cause they don’t stand out that much, so there’s no need to worry that a translation that has them is gonna be removed because of it.
I got it, thanks.
Thank you , well noted.
We’ll eradicate it out in our future versions.
But fyi. few format changes may have something to do with proper word sequence in a language system, which is inevitable, if that condition exists.
Here comes the new German files …
Hey guys, here’s a one time offer! Once Zantai allows me to update GT with FG content (this might happen soon, who knows), I’m gonna update GT, but there’s a chance I’ll do it only once. So if there are any translations that have fully translated items/skills (tagsgdx2_ui, tagsgdx2_skills, tagsgdx2_items) and if you want your translation to be available in GT, please send it to me via PM, do NOT post it publicly on forums.
P.S. Currently the only FG translations I have are Japanese, Chinese and Polish.
Recently added FG content is now available in Chinese, Japanese and Polish.
ABCbarbecue, can you please make sure that all files are encoded in UTF-8 please? Right now some have mixed encoding.
One more update to item db, the last one before FG release:
ItemDB_tagNonTransmutableSetItem=Cannot be transmuted into another item from this set
Here the German files …
Just a bit of warning in case there are some changed texts in new translations: until FG is released, I will use 1.0.7.1 translations (or FG ones that have old format), because tool builders don’t support new localization format yet and I jsut don’t have time to fix it.
You mean the subfolders in the translation file?
I mean it should work if you move the files from the subfolders to the main folder and overwrite the files. Then you have the old version I think.
One more tag added to calc, this text will be shown at the top of the screen in case the build is invalid (used attribute, skill or devotion points exceed their maximum values):
Calc_tagInvalidBuild=Invalid build
I’ve adjusted localization parser for new format and everything looks good for FG release.
ABCbarbecue, thanks for adding your translation to localization portal, it’s much easier for me to handle it that way, cause there’s no need to move files around manually.
