Hello i’m playing GD since 10 days and i love it so much .
But Is there a mod modifying the health bars and the display of damage (numbers and more) ?

Welcome to the forum. 
You can do some stuff in the Options menu re the health bars and damage display, but you might want to take a look at this tool which would give you more options.
