These are the Best in Game no cheat builds afaik for each class.
Legit in game drops. No editors used. Legit vs Editor Build Guide Video

Best in Game refers to the build, not the quality of gear. Affix rolls may be far from perfect. If you see a green item, look up where to farm it on Grim Tools.com. The first one that drops will work.
MI’s with skills and/or conversions are critical to the build. Sometimes I use a rare MI or green item just for the resistances. You can swap them out for whatever gets you needed resistances.

How To Pet MI Run Video

To earn Best in Game, a build must consistently have a minimum of 7 minutes remaining at the end of a SR36 playing solo. This way it covers all possibilities and not just the damage and resistances of a specific campaign boss.

The ratings are an average x/10 minutes remaining at the end of a SR36 playing solo.

Advanced Leveling Guide For Next Character: You will need to transfer all items from an established character via Shared Stash. Do 1st main quest on Normal. Equip all XP gear Grim Tools. Use Potion of Clarity. Do quick side quests in town on Normal. Use Savior’s Merit sold by Marr in Conclave of the Three to unlock Ultimate. Use all Mandates. Use any Warrants you may have. Use Imbued Silver and Purified Salt on Weapons and Off-Hands. Do 1st Main Quest and quick sides in town on Elite. Run single rounds in The Crucible for next 4 Devotion Points. Run Shrines and unlock Factions by completing Main Quests on Normal Difficulty. Purchase low level Augments with resistances like Rifthound Salts and Slith Venom when available from Faction Vendors. Kill all mobs with stars and Totems along the way for Faction Rep. Run remaining Shrines on Elite optional. You will be over level 50. First chance run 1 to 2 SR on Ultimate to level 85 then enjoy the campaign.
The reason for unlocking Factions on Normal is to have full rep when reached on Ultimate.
The reason for lvl 85 ASAP is so good drops have a chance to be lvl 94 and useful long term.
Alternatively you can tag along in a multiplayer SR to level 94 if you have ALL the XP gear as a respect to other players. I recommend level 94 with full build to quickly run campaign for required rep and fun.

It’s important to pick different classes than other players. Time remaining at the end of a SR36 multiplayer will be an easy 10/10 with good players.
Half or more of the damage is done via other players so solo 36 scores are only around 6/10.

Next time you can also just paste everything to notepad and then from notepad to forum. Notepad will remove the fluff

Added an odd one to 2nd best list.

It can own a SR90 fast as my best pet build due to its insane damage. There is just no way I can find to consistently tank a 90 boss without help. It so powerful that I had to create a new rating just for it: SR90 Very Hard. If it could reliably tank, it would likely have 9 min. left on the clock.

With my system, die 1 of 100 runs and fail the SR90 category. This one needed an exception.

Know that the affixes are poor as I did not do a lot of farming for this build.
I tested the top 10 Sentinel for comparison… Nope.

I clicked on some of your links and your pet builds seem to be loaded with double rares. And not just pet builds. That must’ve been hundreds upon hundreds hours of farming, right?

5,491 hours, but IIRC I didn’t know about double rare until around 4K.

I’m doing a pet MI run with a friend as we speak.

I’m regards to farming those items (not any of the builds performance):

I been blasting Gollus rings for the last 25 hours of game play, and only those rings. Takes 2-3 mins with the build I am playing (sometimes less, sometimes more if Kuba spawns) and I have loaded 2 double rares nether or which are the mods I am looking for. In fact, I didn’t even load the suffix I wanted at all and loaded the prefix I wanted once. That’s over 750 rings and that’s small in reality. I can only imagine what 5 double rares (of specific affixes) would take.

Loading all those items alone is nearly, statistically impossible without trading or playing with others (most likely reason). I’ll take the “legit” at face value. I wish the people I use to play with still played.

Edit: the expansion can’t come fast enough to alleviate some of the difficulties.

Pet rings are really easy to farm. I use Vire’s Might LC and Rylok RC to run Karroz in about a minute. No player attack needed for a pet build.

Just looked up Gollus’ Ring. Never had one. Great, another thing to farm! lol

EDIT: I was guessing so I timed a Karroz run. 1.5 min

We have the technology to actually quantify this now!

It looks like Wraithbound is the only rare pet prefix that the Bloodsworn Signet can roll, and for sufffixes we have of the Wild, of the Untamed, and of Caged Souls. If we’re OK with any combination of these, we have a 0.34% chance for a ring with two pet affixes. And Karroz drops 1.3 rings per kill. That gives us 156 expected kills to get such a ring. That’s a almost 4 hours of farming per ring, if it takes 1.5 minutes per kill.

Of course, the flip side of this is that people using GDStash to test builds can and do still aim for somewhat realistic-to-farm MIs (with varying degrees of success), using my spreadsheet.

Which is why I avoid double rares if at all possible and go with mostly sane choices.

2.5 hours might be a lot for some, or reasonable for others. I don’t presume to judge. But avoiding rare/rare MIs is no guarantee that your build is reasonable. A specific magic/rare affix combination can be significantly harder to farm than a rare/rare Bloodsworn Signet! The only way to know is to actually look at the numbers.

Not the record by far. I’ve got over 9k, last heard Powbam had nearly 16k. Might be someone out there with even more. :smile:

I thought my friend at 12K was nuts,

Looking at rings I prioritize + to skill then resistances. I only use 2 pet affixes if resistance can be found on other gear. Sometimes I use pet rings on non-pet based characters just for the resistance and 2K’ish health like the Sentinel I posted yesterday.

With how these rings inherently roll, the odds are super low. Worthy substitutes exist of course, which I am wearing but that specific ring would allow for other gear swaps. I will say though that having the capacity to gear hunt in a fashion that respects my time (as compared to PoE/LE) has been great and the amount of stuff I have found outside of that ring has been an absolute blast even after 30 hrs of running the same section of the map over and over.
