Lol, enemies just lose 50% of their damage.:rofl::rofl:

And their offensive debuffs :+1:

How do you get values so high ?
Best I could do is this:

use the lvl 94 for base item, and the lvl 92 affix both

You forgot Gavel of Justice from the Arbiter Relic.

Added, thanks

I see what I did wrong: I picked an item that has no level 94 version.

BUT!
If you pick the LOWEST level affixes, you get higher values for some reason:

67% Damage reduction is worth building around IMO

Pretty sure those dont stack in game, due to difference in duration.

Just GDstashed one and went to see in-game and they don’t stack, like you said.

Well played Zantai

That makes Ulo and Nullification much better than we thought IMO
They give you the ability to remove an enemy’s DR on you, to be able to place yours on top and be the “first in” so to speak

Nullification has been amazing since day one and everyone slept on it.

That would be a sweet apply for switching weapons. The DR debuff will stick when switching back to your main weapon, right?

Could someone explain the math to me here?
Why does ADctH16% lead to zero when suffering from a tiny 50 flat DR?
I mean ADctH16% translates to a huge flat number that´s being converted to health. Bigger than 50 for sure… (?)

I could suggest that because Acdth is flat offensive parameter. Other words it is not 16% of “life leech”, but 16 units of “% life leech”.
And Flat damage reduction subtracts from each offensive parameters.
In this way 16 units minus 50 units < 0 although 16% of you damage > 50

quite a lot of problems

Does this reduction also aply to DA/OA debuffs that have no - before them like Flashbang and BWC?
If so that would realy screw over Demo builds vs Grava.

no, it doesnt.
