Ran some valbury for the vanq shoulders, talked to Katrina or whatever her name is down in the cellar, she mentions her daughter Alice. Went back to Conclave of the three for unrelated reasons and one of the faction dudes had some new dialog about Alice. Went through Malmouth sewers and the outpost above it, talked to everybody in conclave and vanguard (I think) and didn’t see anything new.
Is this a new hidden quest or something? Old quest I never stumbled onto? Does this continue further somewhere?

according to grimtools they drop from urns so i’m guessing they’re not random. do you know where these urns are? also i haven’t seen it in bug reports yet but sometimes an invulnerable maggot spawns from mummies so it could be another escort quest like the one in aom? maybe feed the maw? 
They drop from corpses in the bonebleach basin, one at the far north-east safe-spot and one rather in the middle IIRC

Isn’t the secret the Crate crates? You find the first (Ultimate only) in the cellar hidden behind the Dreeg vendor in the Covenant. I have not played more on Ultimate yet to check, but I assume there are more to find.
Nope, there’s yet another secret no one’s found yet. Suspect it’ll probably take data mining to find what ever it is.
I think I know what the item is, as it turns up in GDStash, found it when in was getting some stuff together for a build O_O
I’m guessing it drops of a named rotting body or remains given the flavour of the item, possibly even a sarcophagus. But frankly, I think Zantai’s going to have give us all a small hint, because it appears to be very, very well hidden.
Do you mean the Mysterius Orb, the 2 excitement items or something else entirely?
Something else entirely and that’s all I’ll say on it. For this secret shall remain a secret until a suitable time.

I found a lot of stuff in GD Stash, but I’m not sure which of all those strange items is the right one… guess I’ll have to wait for someone actually willing to share

(bow), congrats, pets aren’t my forte, i beat him with a dot warlord it was quite easy. Anyhow a suggestion: kill him multiple times, he doesn’t just drop the mildly amusing box, he drops another thing too, but it’s not 100%. So what’s that other secret? Does it have to do with the upper levels of the shattered realm? Because I’ve found a sort of secret level 
Yeah, his amulet is pretty nice.
