I think Dammit said almost all items are up on GT in latest update day or two ago. Which means there are one or two still hidden - probably just one. It would be safe to assume the eluding secret one is hidden for now, which would mean if it is on GT now the item in question probably isn’t part of the secret that is missing. Otherwise Zantai would have confirmed it by now

Not really a secret i got this from a boss in the Shattered Realm.
That was the item I found, and I also ended up getting it in-game the same way you did.
I don’t think anybody knows what it is yet.
But I’ll tell you that there are some subtle clues in the game.
I’m pretty sure it has something to do with Alice.

Someone mentioned it has to do something with some stuff you pick up in the secret quest. It’s not unthinkable that this might be related to it.
As for the Maw of Apesh and Maw of Enaht I don’t think the solution lies inside the worm’s belly nor lies in how to get inside it. Those two are likely free/paid content left to be explored later on.
AoM had a secret on the ass of a dead titan. This could be very well be a random note scribbled on a random wall or something on a Training Dummy.
Btw in Grimtools DB it lists Wilhelm’s Amulet as one of the loot from Crate of Entertainment. Has anyone obtained this item? Maybe that might help unlock some secrets.
Yeah, I have it. Haven’t played around too much with it, its skill has a pretty funny scream sound effect. Maybe using it in a certain location does something? Do we know anyone in game named Wilhelm? My understanding was that Wilhelm comes from “wilhelm scream”, so I didn’t give it too much thought.
What i find interesting is that bysmiel is the AoM loading girl. From lore I read that she did do a few things to slow the Aetherials down. There is a eldritch sigil near steelcap district. There are those blue flames. And in FG there is mention of a baby found with green eyes. The daugther of Katrine and Von Aldritch.
Of course Bysmiel and Solael are power hungry, but might be releated to a secret.
Hey fellas, I’m somehow stuck at the damn maggot portion of the quest. I get destroyed by the maggors and no, I haven’t found THE maggot yet to make them aggro nor can I really find it before I die since 2-3 maggots fuck me up. I’ve used Aether crystals to no avail and I’m running a 2H melee Primal Strike guy so low hp isn’t a factor either. Any advice?
I’ve read around that she became popular due to two obvious reasons and that is why they brought her back in FG but maybe she was destined to be Bysmiel all along.

Do you have any skill that could constantly slow their movement??
At least they won’t rapidly swarm at you. Also inflcting damage with none melee skills.
