Oathbreaker set. They added some joke mods on it when FG released.
guys there is a lever room than you need to find the correct code to continue to the crate boss also i found the same room in the SR i failed the code and the door opened and i am here thinking if the door opened with the failed code what will happen if we find the correct mb this is the last secret? hmm
Try it at the Maw in the desert. It’s probably that simple, maybe near the body of ‘Boba Fett’ wearing the helm?
Bet it tosses you into the maw or something funny like that lol.
I do know at the new skeleton blacksmith you can change the celestial essence to something else. I only did it once, just some random crafting material. Perhaps with enough tries you may get something secret.
The first post of this thread specifies how the item has a 100% drop chance. Meaning we have to kill something or break something or open something for it to drop.
Well i doubt it will be that easy.
It opens only with the correct code, I got through with trial-and-error
I hope the super secret has something to do with Callagadra. That Super Boss has almost no lore, no dialogues no build-up and generally no relevance from a thematic position in the plot. It’s not like the God of one of the Factions like Ravager and Mogdrogen and it’s never explained why it rivals the gods powers when even Korvaak, an actual god, is weaker than Cally
Agreed, it’s very unusual to not have a superboss with lore tied to it in some manner. I could be mistaken if I didn’t find all the lore notes but Ravager and Avatar were way simpler to know about.
I’m gonna put my money on it having something to do with SR, maybe a unique drop from SR 100. (has anyone reached it yet?)
We have a guy in the Facebook group who reached 101 but didn’t mention anything. Still, he might not have been interested in lore, i don’t know.
If this is a necessary condition for a clue, then lots of players won’t be happy about it.
Probably
The SR100 does seem a bit too much. My reasoning for it having something to do with SR was that the last note you get for reaching SR50, which actually mentions a “forgotten god” by name, something starting with R, can’t quite recall right now, who isn’t mentioned anywhere else. Seems like a waste to do nothing with that.
So Dammitt just updated the World Map with FG areas. There doesn’t seem to be anything really new or out of the ordinary, as far as I can tell. Although Crate could have just told Dammitt to specifically exclude the Last Secret, whatever it is.
Since Zantai mentioned there’s a clue in the game, I’m thinking it could be possible that the secret has something to do with Dahlia since she disappears after you give her the pendant. Haven’t found where she disappears to though.
Considering her relevance to the other two “Heart” weapons, the thing written on Chillheart probably is an indicator. Mmm… Perhaps we need to look in past rift-style areas. May be worthwhile to carry all 3 heart weapons as well. We already know about the specific secret area in the Basin, but perhaps there is another worth looking for.
Wait a minute, does this R indicate Rahn the sun deity. In the lore “The Trails of Horran” did mentioned his faith in the god of gods.
Ateph seems to be a moon deity. We do know Kovaak has brothers and sisters,
Empyion is one of them who vanished to the eternal tapestry of creation.
What if Rahn is one of them too, another forgotten god after the war??
In Yhania’s Diary also mentioned a secret path running next to the docks out past the last ship.
But this all happened before the sea vaporize into desert. If so the location of the last ship is unknown to us.
Maybe it’s been buried under the sea of sand. As far as I’m concerned all temples in Korvan Basin probably were built for gods until it’s left to ruin.
Anyway this is just a speculation.
So BoneBleach Basin?
Lack of crucial clues. Say if this path truly existed, I’d suspect it need something to trigger the location, or went there under the shining moon.
This is the last note from the Shattered Realm:
Sins of the Forgotten - Final Entry
The earth beneath my feet trembles and the few candles I have left are all the light I have by which to read these tomes and record my final hours. The archivists too have fled. To where, I do not know. Nowhere remains that is safe from the hungering darkness.
My reading has brought me to the chronicles of the defining moment in our people’s history, the day we vanquished a god. The date of this event is unclear, but it had to have been at least several generations ago as nobody I’ve known had been alive to witness it.
The texts describe the final years of the divine’s presence as tumultuous. The stars grew dimmer and the god was almost never seen outside the ziggurat. Some stopped worshipping it entirely, convinced that they had been forsaken and left to their own devices. Angry mobs took to the streets. Monuments were toppled, shrines desecrated. Temples burned.
Discontent turned to riots and the riots into an angry mob that marched towards the grand ziggurat. Priests concocted powerful runes, the arcanists crafted spells they hoped could subdue a god. With death in their eyes, the people climbed the steps to the divine’s throne. There they found it, angered by the desecration and revolt, but its once brilliant light had faded. The divine stood, towering above the people, and demanded fealty; but none bent the knee. Evidently infuriated by this defiance, the god cursed the very land and its people and vanished in an eruption of flames that toppled the ziggurat and claimed the lives of all that dared confront their deity.
Ralyoth was rid of its divine. Its name was scoured from all records, all art. Its monuments were toppled and disfigured. The temple was left abandoned for nature to reclaim.
What followed were months of grieving for the brave souls lost at the ziggurat interspersed with celebration and feasts. Our once god was all but forgotten. It was not until centuries later when our star faded and the hungering darkness encroached that we realized what our ancestors had truly done.
As I sit here under the waning light of my candles, I ponder a future where we are still under the heel of a celestial being. Not knowing the repercussions, would we, as our ancestors did, resent our god? Or would we show greater appreciation for the lands and boons we were given? As the darkness takes me, my thoughts spin with questions of what if, but there is no one left to answer…
So Ralyoth seems to be the name of the region/area and the last part is about Ulzuin.
