Most towns have armies. The Angevine Army has a town
My largest town so far. I think I’ll push to 5.5k maybe 6k and then optimise everything

The Frostvale academy of medicine has a beautiful lakeside campus. (and a graveyard behind it dedicated to those who died before they discovered variolation)
I spent way too long arranging and rearranging that; heh. There’s an argument to be made that the library should have a plaza in front of it rather than being crammed in sideways. (I probably had space… but that road was definitely a constraint.) Regardless, the fact that the library door doesn’t line up with a large park drove me up a wall.
