Besides the set hat receiving a rework on the set, i noticed that there was a blank space listed on the set changes itself. Is this intended?

Turns out there’s no further rework (or it’s still missing).
I don’t really understand this change so far. So the lightning conversion to vitality is removed, but the set didn’t get it for aether. Now you are left with this unscaled flat part that can only be converted by the AAR off-hand (the set blocks ele to aether conversion items).
Ok, then the off-hand becomes mandatory (already not good). For Spellbinder it’s no change, unless you want to shoot yourself in the foot and play with Reap Spirit focus.
But what about Warlock? It now has one BIG conflicting slot for the off-hand: you either take AAR conversion and end up with -18% rr aether build (while Binder has -38%). Or you take Codex of Lies to reach proper level of rr% but you can no longer convert AAR.
I hope smth is missing from the changelog still. Because all this change does is makes already strong Binder even more powerful while leaving Warlock with an impossible choice.
isn’t it even a sorta loss for warlock as is?
sure we don’t have the highest vit dmg bonus, but atleast it was partially used through class RR and rattosh aether devo route
but now that’s just gone since it’s pure lightning dmg now
Yeah it looks very strange that’s why i was hoping for the set to have full aether AAR support, maybe full vit Reap Spirit support and opened support option for Doom Bolt (either convert it with offhand and belt to aether or leave it as aether-vit mix). Similar to Morgo rework.
