My bad. I should’ve recommended some hentai with busty half-bird half-human girls that lay eggs while making love.
Bonus: one is the mother of other, transformed due to betrayal, murdered at the end.
After thinking about it a bit, I realized that my hard capping of BoD was a relic from AoM days when it was fairly difficult to avoid negative health regen when using Hungering Void. Between the nerfs to Dying God making me use it much less, and the buffs to Behemoth making it trivial to keep positive regen, I guess that practice is obsolete.
Dear Maya, is this build need to be updated in the new game version ? I read quite a lot of your builds, thank you so much for your idea. Could you tell me by far of all your builds which your favorite one is?
It is up to date. Just haven’t changed the patch number in the OP because Crate keeps pushing out hotfixes.
As for my favourite, it goes like this: Conjurer = Cabalist > Deceiver > Occultist > Warlock
:D:D:D Thank you. Your build is so much fun and full of imagination. Sorry for my poor English. Really really like your build.
Ty, glad that you like it
Updated for the latest patch
Thanks for posting this build!
I have still not found all the Bysmiel pieces, which means I’m still lacking 2 birds. Nor have I found the chest piece yet. I switch between Witching Hour and Legion Voidcutter/ Black Grimoire of Og’napesh. The latter at least gives me more AoE otherwise it is too slow w/o 2 birds.
Instead I have been working on my 100 OK and my Nex/Ortus Trickster.
Yeah, build is pretty reliant on Bysmiel’s Trinkets unfortunately
You can also use Dirge of Arkovia Relic and Mythical Heart of the Mountain amuet, if you have them for extra pets.
Build updates to the latest patch
Got an extra 350 DA and some health. So build should perform better
Worth taking another look at this, considering that extra DA?
Perhaps
Why is no one maxing the Hellhounds passives? They can add quite a lot of DPS no?
Unfortunately, no
I’d use Gate to Many Worlds instead of Cataclysm, also since the pet elemental damage is the key here, not sure if it is worth using the Beastcaller set uncompleted. Fiendmaster’s Rainment and Fiendflesh Mantle could be better for the chest and head.
And why invest into Possession? Other than the damage absorption, it offers nothing to this build.
And you should max out Overload. The damage over time bonuses are given to your pets, too!
I always max out Hellfire, since it extends to allies, and in this case the +% Fire Damage is useful to your other pets. But I also have a Harbinger set Pyromancer who only has a Hellhound summoned for this aura!
You are replying to a build post that is over 5 years old.
Pet Warlock is rather terrible at the moment and not worth making.
That said, what I can tell you is that Possession was indeed taken for damage absorption which is indeed worth it even on a pet build.
Please dont necro half a decade old posts
Well, not many results come up when I search for Warlock pet builds. Since I am making one, I thought I’d comment.
Anyhow, I don’t care if the build is not great, I am not planning to run crucibles or shards with it, just as long as I can beat the game with it, it would be interesting.

Well, Gate of Many Worlds did not exist back then and Cataclysm was the go to on pretty much all pet builds due to it having +1 to all skills.
3 Piece Beastcaller was also a lot stronger back then than the options you listed.
Dots also didnt really achieve much due to low %damage and lack of number of pets to apply them.
Like I said, half a decade old post
Once I got to this - The Fat Fwuffy - Classless Pet Build, I kind of got lazier and stopped making/updating pet builds that were not Conjurer/Ritualist/Cabalist.
Thanks, have not seen that other topic, will check it out!
Btw, do you know whether Solael’s Witchfire affects pets too the same way Iskandra’s Elemental Exchange does? Or just the transmuter works?
