Continuing the discussion from V1.3.0 Playtest Changelog:
i, uh… objection? dunno, am not really enthusiastic in either direction. my only point might be if you wanted to play with cooldown you already could, this mostly eliminates spam. and i usually like my spam but i’m kinda indifferent here.
