I saw that Mythical SilverBolt Crossbow had +3 to all skills and wanted to see if I could use it in a pet build. Turns out, I can :3
Note: Requires both Ashes_of_Malmouth & Forgotten_Gods.
Shattered Realms 75: https://i.imgur.com/VVkOfbZ.jpg
No Potions/Consumables/Shrines used except for Tonic of Mending & Wrath of the Beast Tincture.
Crate of Entertainment: https://i.imgur.com/XjlkbWh.jpg
Took nearly 4 minutes because Birbs decided to get stuck in the ground…
Potions and consumables used.
Callagadra, The Scion of Sands: https://i.imgur.com/k5O7SPl.jpg
Took about 8 mins. No potions/consumables used except for Mogdrogen’s Elixir to show how long the fight takes.
Blame @Crittrain for this because if it wasn’t for him I would have never even realized the existence of Silverbolt
If you need help on how to level the builds or want a Pet Guide in general: The Carnival - A Guide to Pets
Enough Reserbirbs for now. Also probably going to create atleast a Cabalist & Ritualist with the same weapon.
(Yes, you can post now :3)
Wow, interesting idea, thats one crossbow that have been gathering dust in the stash, never found use for it given its high required level.
Why skip primal spirit? Seems like a single point will work with all the plus skills and pet attributes.
Also, which other belt would you recomend if one does not have the Mythical Nosferattis?
Long downtime on P.Spirit, but yeah it can be used if you wish.
Another choice for Pet belt would be Mythical Shadowfiend’s Cord.
Lazy builds doesn’t use skills with CD like Primal Spirit.
Revenge of the Cat’s eye!
Added SilverBolt Ritualist
So, Silverbolt Ritualist can kill Callagadra (slowly), but Crate of Entertainment is simply impossible
A very creative and unexpected way of using Silverbolt!
I was hoping this wasn’t just a standard pet set + another item. Oh well.
Still, it is good to see some more alternatives for typical offhand, etc.
Keep up the good work.
I will see what I can do about that, but without the sets it won’t be a Superboss killer or SR pusher though.
So… here is a Pet Conjurer that uses no set (yes, it still uses parts of Myth.Beastcallers, but those are too good to not use)
Will test it soonTM
