[MOD] Diablo 3 Classes + Blood Knight: Patch 4.9 Released

But according to description, Doom bolt (or eg. Lightning bolt in your Storm mastery) hits twice only the single target it is specificaly aimed at, not in its AoE, right? So if you wanna use its damage as a baseline for wave AoE attack, that single target double attack doesnt really matter.

I was aware of it and the damage is based on Doom Bolt hitting multiple targets (it’s still way smaller than Piranhas, 3.5 aoe radius vs a wave of 16 meters range), unless I’m missing something.

  • Fixed an issue where the glow-scrolled effect was not being correctly applied to Crown of the Light.
  • Fixed an issue where Etched Sigil was not granting skill points to Ray of Frost.

ARCANE HERO MONSTERS

  • They no longer nullify the player’s skills. Instead, the Elemental Bolt they throw will reduce the player’s Elemental Damage by 18% and Elemental Resistance by 25% for 3 seconds.

  • Visage of Gunes: Damage to Chthonics reduced from 20% to 15%. Fixed the name of the Shadow Clone attack skill.

  • Kanai’s Cube: Karini: Lightning resistance reduced from 50% to 35%.
  • Bonds of C’Lena: Now it has 15% chance to summon Army of the Dead on attack.
  • Fate’s Vow: Now it has 15% chance to summon Army of the Dead on attack. Bonuses to Grim Scythe removed. Added bonuses to Bone Spikes.

  • Launch: Internal Trauma damage considerably increased.
  • Threatening Shout: Radius reduced from 13.0 to 10.0 by Rank 12.
  • Weapon Throw: Weapon damage slightly increased by Ranks 12-16.
  • Balanced Weapon: Weapon damage increased from 60% to 100%.

WITCH DOCTOR

  • Firebomb: Damage is no longer stacked by fragments on a single target. Burn damage increased to 3.0 seconds.
  • Pyrogeist: Damage tick rate increased from 0.6 second to 0.8 second.
  • Piranhas: Reworked. Damage considerably increased. Cooldown changed to 4.5 seconds. Now the skill work was a wave of piranhas that hits enemies on a large and straight path.
  • Grasp of the Dead: Damage increased. Vitality damage moved to its modifier. Poison damage from the modifier reduced and moved to the base skill. Cooldown increased to 3.0 seconds. Radius increased to 5.0.

NECROMANCER

  • Command Golem: Reworked visually. Slash now generates additional threat. Bone Tornado now deals Aether and Vitality damage.
  • Skeletal Archer: Base Total Speed reduced by 10%.
  • Death Nova: Weapon damage increased at early levels.

WIZARD

  • Hydras: Elemental Exposure now works with Frost Hydra and Lightning Hydra.
  • Frost Hydra: Now it has a proper frost breath animation, but with a shorter range. Damage increased.
  • Ray of Frost: Damage scaling reduced. Chance to freeze enemies granted by “Numb” reduced from 15% to 10% and freeze duration reduced from 1.5 to 1.0 second.
  • Sleet Storm: Duration reduced from 1.5 to 1.0. Radius reduced from 8.0 to 5.0. Cold damage reduced. Frostburn damage readded.
  • Electrocute: Damage increased.
  • Mirror Image: Damage from Meteor and Frost Nova reduced. Meteor now works just like the default Wizard’s skill.
  • Apocalypse: Additional projectile and meter radius removed.

Well done! really great patch! Only sad thing is all my Elemental build is gone bc of Hydra RR only for 1 damage type now. :frowning:

No it means it’s permanent, same like the permanent modifier for Wind Devils.

Patch 4.2 has been reuploaded with the following bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where Visage of Giyua couldn’t be found.
  • Fixed an issue where Command Skeletons had a skill attached to its devotion slot.

If you just started up the game and haven’t loaded the mod yet, that is expected. The modded assets, including the names of new classes, are not loaded in until you start up a game session with the mod, so on the main screen any characters with a modded class will look like that. Any mod only items will also be missing from the character preview.
