137 million health!!! Okay… not interested. Isn’t this the one that gives the Medal of Nerfing as a reward?
yup - Uber N'erfatal, the Questing Beast - Grim Dawn Monster Database
that damage absorption + total damage modifier is crazy…
he is basically invincible and 1 shots me.
Holy moly, that looks insane! 137 million HP is nuts. ![]()
I assume it’s not supposed to be beatable?
At least this OP thing killed it:
[1.3.0.0] (2H Melee) Ravager Reborn - Vitality Upheaval Ritualist [sr30-31] [cr200] [All Celestials] - Grim Dawn / Classes, Skills and Builds - Crate Entertainment Forum

Hm… it feels like this particular boss is designed for high dps builds and to punish slower tanks.
I kind of have something in mind to try and tackle it, but that would very much not be a MayaTM build ![]()
Hope it works out
How to get to that boss?
How to get to that boss?
It’s the boss at the end of the new FoA secret questchain.
In the guides and tutorials section, Ceno compiled the details on it here
Thanks, I just found it as well, looks like a lot of work lol
Do you have 5 ascension alters on when fighting new Modgrogen?
Do you have 5 ascension alters on when fighting new Modgrogen?
Nope, but it doesnt really seem to effect superbosses.
I had 5x dread spawn on altar during the fight against both Cally and Dread at same time and it wasn’t really more difficult.
Mmm, interesting. When I fought him with 5 alters, it took a while; without it, it only took a minute with your Nurgle bath mobs build. Maybe I will try again when free.

If you’d like, let me know which modifiers you want me to use with the altars and I can test moggy again
.
This is what I was using, so I did a quick test earlier. When fighting Modgrogen 1.0, Ravager seems to be the same with or without the altar, but when fighting Modgrogen 2.0, with the altar it took a bit longer, and without the altar it seems to be a lot easier. I feel maybe the altar applies monster bonuses to Modgrogen 2.0’s pet, so it took longer? But for some reason it didn’t apply to Modgrogen 1.0’s pets? I really don’t know. So give it a try and see if you feel the difference fighting 2.0 with all altars on and without. But the very first time I fought 2.0 5 days ago, with all altars, it really took a long time, but the last test I did a few minutes ago seems to be a lot better, maybe because now I have the new rings “Rotmender’s ring” and “Eldritch schemer’s legwraps.” I wonder if they make a difference
That… took nearly 14 minutes… wtf ![]()
I do not recommend using altars for moggy at all… the pets are so tanky ![]()
Ok, so I wasn’t crazy lol Ya, the very first time took me a long time as well. I think pets are getting the monster bonus. Plus, you didn’t have anything in the center circle; if you have it might take even longer lol
