Old player returning to the game and looking for Hardcore builds(preference pet builds we love you Maya)

A lot has changed since i last played the game over a year ago, i nearly got killed by a nemesis boss that im certain wouldn’t have spawned at this location before the update (think its called maw of enat or along those lines). Kuba had spawned and id gone from casually squishing maggots to squishing keys shouting what the heck what heck for my hardcore character lol. Lets just say that will take some getting used to as i didnt look into any of the update news or developer posts.

Now sorry back to the topic.
I have played and finished all of the base game and DLC content across all difficulties in hardcore mode, as ive been away for awhile i do admit il be missing some blueprints that i will have to grind out on my main character. I love the risk of losing a character but at the same time know that a character becomes overpowered to combat the risk to some degree,
I have used Mayas pet guide in the past to help me clear all content and owe them a lot towards my grim dawn experience and now im returning id like to prepare for another build.

There has been more items/sets etc added i believe and i do love a pet build and ideally id love a skeleton build if there is a hardcore viable one where you can have a lot of summons and essentially have an army at will. I know its quite lazy but i guess everyone has a preference, for years ive been going through mouses and keyboards hacking and slashing and its nice pet builds can take some of that away to give you a breather.
Its not just pet builds id love something tanky and able to finish all celestial bosses across all difficulties as now my main aim is to go back and take down crate of entertainment, calla and avatar of modrogen. I had tried and failed a few times losing my hc characters so id llke to go back and give that another go and its even better if there are pet builds that are capable of doing so especially skeletons. Calla i managed to beat although it took me around 40 minutes of stressful kiting and im not exaggerating, it was my most intense battle i think ive had in a game just because of how many hours ive invested into the build. I think it was on elite difficulty so ideally id like another go on ultimate,

Ive seen people mentioning builds clearing shattered realm 80-90 but not sure how they would hold in the campaign especially the dlc areas.
Im asking for help as i now have 3 children and my spare time is beginning to dwindle, i understand grimd dawn veterans may frown upon people asking for their hands to be held and not explore for themselves. I can say i have been there and done that with grim dawn, its just my spare time and love for the game. I struggle to concentrate nowadays so to make a build of my own isnt going to be easy unfortunately and id much rather auto pilot and try to follow someone elses who has proven to be worth it.

TLDR- Basically any pet builds capable of all difficulties, celestials and even shattered realm. Ideally skeletons but can work with what you may suggest, also minimal keys/mouse interaction.
Apologies for the long post of me rambling on its been awhile, Great developers and great community and most importantly Great game 10/10 across the board and i regret not sinking another few thousand hours of playtime.
If i need to find set items for some builds that may be suggested by any of you who dont mind helping me please could you tell me where to look/farm?

Thank you all

Medea has already linked my Carnival post up above, so let me instead say welcome back and I am glad to have been of assistance

This is my best build atm - The Fluffy Squishy - Pet Conjurer :3

But since you mentioned skeletons - Skulls & Bones - Pet Ritualist

Do keep in mind that both are endgame builds and the Skeleton Ritualist is more damage focused compare to the Conjurer’s sheer tankiness.

For farming, unfortunately the endgame pet sets are all random drops. So you are going to be stuck with farming Totems, Hero/Nemesis bosses for the most part along with Shattered Realms.

If you need a more budget setup -
