Sigil and Blade Arc are not underused as of recent. I’d say the most glaring examples of an underused skill is Dreeg’s Evil Eye, Olexra’s Flash Freeze, Blade Trap, Horn of Gandarr, Reap Spirit and Ill Omen you mentioned.

I actually have a very off the wall build which utilities horn of gandarr effectively that hopefully I will get time to post soon…(still haven’t found time to update the last one I rush posted lol)
