This is a compilation of assorted mods i compiled for personal use that i decided to share. originally was going to be only 2 mods but quickly inflated in the amount of mods. pretty much qol + some mastery mods
Mods Included
Faster Leveling (Light) by Van_Houck. i did not include the Non-Lightweight version because it has quite a lot of content that i have to merge and also pahr gohn levels which are not my cup of tea. i do like how it allows you to level in ultimate from the get-go so i recommend trying it out
Grim Armory by Ceno. cool new item sets, augury cards, BountiesUnlocked, variant items, conversion components, all around good stuff in here. might contain other mods included
Reskill by Ceno. Only Vanilla Items. adds a lot of build variety
Darkest Dawn Reborn by Bane. Adds in 2 new Masteries (Reanimator and Illusionist) as well as a lot of items!
Priest Mastery by Grimer. Adds a new Mastery (Priest) that has cool theme and fx! also moar items
Mod adjustments
All Mods are adjusted to work fine with each other (aka not gamebreaking) however all those different item versions (regular(base), variant, replica, vinewarped) will somewhat clash.
Illusionist has had some skill name and description changes (agmydalas cut, striat’s vortex + transmuter, enrage) and Agmydala’s cut also has a new placeholder fx. let me know if i should continue to rework the descriptions or revert them.
Devil’s Crossing vendor now sells an assorted amount of good items that could be useful.

There is a mod in the nexus mods called HL_Masteries, in it there is a very interesting class, this mod has been outdated for a long time, it would be interesting if you could add the class of that mod to your mod …
Ooo this sounds cool, once im at pc i might try to take a look further. Thanks for bringing it up!
Edit: hmm after reading the mod page this seems to have decently closed perms (ill have to ask first) and very different balance and skill path concepts compared to vanilla masteries, which would warrant a mini-rework to have it “fit” with vanilla classes and the v+ modded classes. And a class rework will take a lot of time and effort to pull off, combined with the class having a full-on concept by the mod author with details on what it wants to achieve, it wouldn’t be easy (esp the transformations without FoA out yet)
True, reworking the class skills of that mod is really a lot of work, because they are all summoning, but if you can it will look pretty cool in your mod.
Just realized ur the swamp modder. Looking forward to the new class. Tx for putting this together. Playing with the new classes has been fun. doggo blessing & double the mobs!
Just to add to the previous post, I tried the faster leveling light mod by itself and I got both an xp tome and loot orb within 15 min of playing act 1, so this compilation may be missing some features.
yea i was doing a run with this mod merge before (post release) and they seem to also not drop for me even though i did not touch it. the weirder part was when i first merged it, it worked flawlessly and drop their loot orbs. probably something with me pressing that gdpruner on that mod tool hub by ceno (since that also broke all the pets of the compilation right before release, which i fixed already). im probably going to do a re-merge once i finish updating swamp and also after april (busy af irl during april, should cool down afterwards if it goes to plan), so for now, it won’t drop properly. you can (i think) still obtain them from gdstash if you just want to do some gacha
Gotcha, just enjoying it on the steam deck so can’t use gdstash I believe. No worries, appreciate the work you already got done! Good luck and looking forward to your next update !
I do want to do it but april for me is exam month (and not just any ordinary exam month, its the final one) so i have to focus on irl stuff first as that is more of a priority.
Dear author, long time no see. How’s your college life? I’m still playing your mods. But not Swamp, but your [MOD] [COMPILATION] Hill-op’s Silly mod merge.
You know I love Swamp and have tried all its combinations. So when I found Hill-op’s Silly, I immediately gave it a try. I have to say that the mods you included are excellent. Unfortunately, some of them, like Swamp and Armory, are not up to date; they’ve all had significant updates.
Judging by its views, comments, and downloads,I know people greatly underestimate this mod. It’s excellent and has great potential.
In the end, real life is more important than anything else, and college is an important stage in life. I just wanted to express my love for Hill-op’s silly and hope you know that someone has been playing your mod and is looking forward to your return. I wish you a safe and happy college life. See you next time.
Well it’s starting to get a little busy, mid term exams is 3 weeks ahead iirc
Anyhow i do plan to update this mod at some point, but first:
darkest dawn reborn is gonna get a massive update soon, reworking illusionist and reanimator as well as adding another new mastery. I’ll wait till it’s out before updating this mod since im actually hyped up for it
im gonna replace faster leveling (L) to faster leveling (N), main reason is because iirc van houck disabled the paragon system on the latest update, which was my only gripe with the N version, and thus i can use the N version instead of the L version
i don’t know when I’ll be modding grim dawn again when i got the opportunity and once the DDR update comes out i’ll do a re-merge with the new stuff
