INTRODUCTION
The reason behind this build is to create a DW lightning Eye of Reckoning build which I have not seen anywhere yet. Because of bonuses to OA, DA, lightning RR, total speed and more I have chosen Demolitionist as a second class. As weapons I use two Emypyrion’s Mercy scepters. Build uses no monster infrequent item. It has nice DPS up to 290k but Thermite Mines are not that great as RR source for spinners. Be careful around heavy physical hitters.

SR, CRUCIBLE
I play SR with camera pointed away from enemies and I try my builds only in SR 65-66 and SR 80. I play around 10 SR runs per character.
This build does SR 65-66 relatively easily. Grava is dangerous but goes down relatively OK. You have 9 passive auras so be careful around arcane heroes. Getting nullifed is not pleasant at all. I don’t push my characters higher but it can go a little higher if you are a skilled player. SR 80 is very tough because of squishiness of this build.
I don’t play Crucible so I don’t have a time number for it.
